Even though the race administration was first rate, the best aspect of the race was the trail itself.

everything! This is simply an amazing event that I am proud to take part in. There are lots of volunteers who all seem to be having fun. The aid stations are fun, motivating and I love the benefit it provides to younger runners. The splits and stats are fun, especially for geeks like me. Knowing that the money received from entry fees and sponsors goes right back to the mountain gives me an especially good feeling. Not to mention we get to run in a gorgeous environment!
