Aid stations were great, maybe suggest that they don’t mist people unless they want it. A real shock to the system that some of us don’t fully enjoy! (I know, runners are so picky)

I love the aid stations. The kids do a great job and there was plenty of water and Gatorade.

I loved the aid stations and the contest between them was a brilliant idea. I, personally, could have used an aid station at every mile. (or mile 2,3,4,5,and Varr Camp)

I thought the aid stations were great!

I would have liked at least one more, but the ones that were there appeared to be very well stocked(at least with water). I wasn’t looking for it, but I didn’t see much Gatorade and gels. Plenty of Gatorade at the end though.

I would have liked one more between the last one and Barr Camp, otherwise they were all great

I would have preferred one more aid station as I was not carrying any fluids with me and there were times when my throat was dry and burning.

It was a hot one out there, and I guess I would have liked to have seen one more aid station out there. The ones there were great and well stocked, the high school students were very encouraging.

It would be nice to have one more, primarily for the trip down, but they were all well stocked.

plenty of aid stations — the people at the incline station are always too close together — i would rather get water from 2 to 3 people who are more spread out — this is a small point — the aid stations in general are great

There are only so many areas in which aid stations can be put on Barr Trail. You do excellent with the amount of area you have to work with

There were enough but very disappointed there was no food (other than gel) at Barr Camp — Last year there were oranges... That was definitely better.

They all feel so far away on the way up. They were all very well stocked. I was at the end and had plenty of cold water and Gatorade and sponges at all stops.

well stocked but an absolute waste to use three or four cups — they should fill the cups up — particularly for those of us towards the back — this would encourage hydration on a hot day. some of the cups had 2 oz of fluid in them.
