2003 Financial Statement
This is the statement of income and expense for the Barr Trail Mountain Race held on July 13, 2003. This statement only reflects
cash and not the products and services that were donated which is why there are no expenses listed for storage, printing, aid station supplies
(gels, drinks, cups) and the more than fifty random drawing giveaways. Award costs were also greatly
reduced by these donations.

*After 3 years as an AATRA event and paying CSB Services for
timing the 2003 BTMR became a PPRR event with separate finances.
While the PPRR normally charges $500 for event timing they do not
charge their own events. Because the relationship between the
BTMR and PPRR was unique it was decided that the BTMR would make a
$500 donation to the PPRR to help them with their goal of purchasing
a new van.
